Since the announcement last week of the hotel packages for the World Cup, we are delighted to report that countries from across the world are clamouring to join the football carnival in Cozumel, Mexico.
The event – which is set to kick off in April 2022 – is set to be the most popular one yet, as Tournament Director, Tom Nash explained: “Everything is set up for an incredible 10 days in the Caribbean, I know the Local Organising Committee are working extremely hard to make everything perfect for the visitors and it’s great to see countries responding.”
Cozumel is known as the hidden jewel of the Caribbean and is very much “open for business”. Just last week it was announced that a series of world class events – in addition to the World Cup – were going to take place in the area, like the World Iron Man event, which follows the major cycling attraction which took place recently.
There are a range of hotel packages available, and for more information countries can contact info@soccafederation.meetchain.com
On the field preparations are continuing, with a host of countries undergoing training matches and tournaments in a bid to get match fitness as they look to topple world champions, Russia.
